“Our employees are our most important asset. Their heart and passion shape everything we do at COR. Each individual contributes to the company’s success through their expertise and commitment. A healthy and motivating workplace atmosphere plays a major role in this and may even be the reason why our employees have been with us for so many years,” said Leo Lübke, commenting on the festive occasion.
Martina Brokemper (customs and logistics), Heinz Winter and Thorsten Schötz from the upholstery department have devoted 40 years of service to COR.
25-year anniversaries were celebrated by Stefan Kappel-Sudbrock (sales management), Norbert Kettelgerdes (leather cutting), Maria Cannoletta (sewing studio), Emilia Perrone (sewing studio), Eugen Stizenberg (upholstery), Markus Füchtenkort (dispatch), Sabrina Dorstel (export sales), Andreas Sabelfeld (frame construction), Sandra Tepper (sewing studio), Dirk Hagenbrock (leather cutting) and Kai Kornalewski (frame construction/machine room foreman).
COR has been designing, manufacturing and embracing sustainable principles since 1954. Sustainable not just in the sense of the high quality of production at the Rheda-Wiedenbrück facility, but also in the sense of HR management and the responsible use of resources. The company has worked to build and retain expertise, as well as to ensure employee satisfaction, which has lead to an above-average length of service of around 16 years.
