Pollutant emissions that COR cannot avoid or avoid only with great difficulty are offset by the purchase of carbon credits. These support the Verified Carbon Standard Forest Preservation Project in Brazil. In addition, we support a regional project to stabilise our forests and promote near-natural forest communities. COR is participating in the Bergwaldprojekt e.V, which will plant 380 native trees (beech wildlings) in Hardegsen in the Solling region in autumn 2021.
