Life is a feast? Live it beautifully!

Psychologists say that the ability to enjoy enhances our lives. So should every day be celebrated? "Start with your home furnishings," is the advice of Reiner B. Mortensen, Managing Director of COR interlübke Studio Vienna, as he extends an invitation to the exhibition "Wohnen & Interieur" from 11 to 19 March, as well as to the product premieres of COR and interlübke. Early birds and nighthawks are also very welcome to the Design Evening with Falstaff and gin-tasting at the bar on 14 March at 6 pm!

Vienna, 6. March 2017. In perfect tune with the Feast for the Senses – the leitmotif of the home and design exhibition "Wohnen & Interieur" – the COR interlübke Studio Vienna is celebrating home design spring with an exclusive presentation of its international premium brands. To mark the 80th anniversary of interlübke, together with the Falstaff magazine it is offering an additional treat at the design evening on 14 March and inviting guests to taste award-winning gins from local distilleries while trying out the new bar elements of the models studimo and jorel.

As a modern design classic, the universally plannable home design program studimo is currently celebrating its 40th birthday and is once again presented at the exhibition in its best format – as a radiant white library with a built-in bar. The newly developed solitary furniture programme jorel with its variety of exquisite materials was already honoured at the imm cologne in the category "Best of Best" with the ICONICS AWARDS: Interior Innovation. The extent to which its puristic design has a refined and sensual effect depends solely on the enjoyment principle of its owners. Individual gems can be configured for all living areas with matt lacquer, wood, glass, aluminium, "silver touch" stainless steel or marble. The design in gold-anodised aluminium makes jorel the glittering favourite of the new interlübke models on show in Vienna.

Two solitary easy chairs from COR are now appearing on the home interior stage. The calyx-shaped Flint design may be interpreted by some as masculine, and the round Roc easy chair reminiscent of a protective shell as more feminine. Both pieces of seating furniture can be individually designed with high-quality fabric and leather covers, in monochrome or as a colour and material combination. The art of turning a bench into (almost) a sofa is now possible with Mell. The new furniture combines dark brown leather upholstery with a bronze coloured frame, invariably adapts to every floor plan and is always ready for company: when cooking and dining, talking, working and playing. The Conic table in grained walnut is also finely tuned to these purposes. Casual, relaxed and refined with a vintage patina, the sofa combination Trio then presents itself entirely in camel-coloured leather.

As "permanent representatives", young classics such as the closed-base, spacious Conseta sofa in dark leather or the cube gap sideboard with cool concrete cannot be omitted. They have long been globally recognised COR and interlübke ambassadors for timeless, modern furniture design. People can live in constant beauty and contentedness with the models from the premium manufacturers based in East Westphalia: year after year, 24 hours a day – including small and large celebrations.
