Boarding Village

On a sloping plot in Nussloch, near Heidelberg, the BoardingVillage is taking shape – a complex comprising five high-quality passive houses, which are let fully furnished and with a range of services, such as their own parcel collection point. Shades of brown and beige, solid shapes and wooden features: the Terra house. Unlike conventional boarding houses, which offer apartments, the Nussloch development is aimed at families who wish to rent an entire house. Each building therefore features, in addition to the living and working areas and the master bedroom, two children’s bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a garden with a spacious terrace.
