The thick, mineral-tanned leather is made from selected European raw materials and dyed in the barrel. A light sanding of the grain in combination with wax gives the leather a uniquely smooth, natural wax feel. Slight variations in colour and grain are typical of the product.

Remove dust once a week using a vacuum cleaner and/or a damp cloth. Clean the leather at least twice a year using a mild cleaning agent and then impregnate the leather using a leather-care cream. This protects the leather against stains, provides it with nutrients and ensures it remains smooth. Dry up any spilt liquids immediately using an absorbent cloth, without rubbing.

Lightfastness
3Lightfastness is the ability of a cover to withstand solar radiation. The scale ranges from 1 to 8, with 8 being the highest and best light fastness. The higher the lightfastness, the better the leather will withstand the sun's rays without losing colour. As a rule of thumb, however, you should not place your furniture in direct sunlight. Some leather fade faster than others, which can be seen from the light fastness.
