Many upholstered pieces end up being thrown away too early, even though only the cover is worn or the padding has been sat flat. That is why we have long offered to reupholster, re-pad and repair COR pieces that have come of age, here in our own house.

Quality - for a lifetime
In our effort to take even more responsibility for our products, we are now going one step further and taking back pieces of furniture entirely when their owners want to part with them, in order to refurbish them – depending on their condition – and put them to further use. Should there really be nothing left to save, we will separate the COR piece by material type and dispose of it.
What do we want to do?
Clean and refurbish
If the returned piece of furniture is in good condition, it is professionally cleaned: dirt accumulated over the years is removed, surfaces are restored, colours refreshed and leather resealed and reimpregnated.
Reupholster and re-pad
Furniture with a worn cover is re-upholstered. For this we use fabrics and leathers from our stock. Padding showing defects is also replaced and seat cushions are renewed.
Repair and restore
If a technical defect is found, we trace the cause and repair the mechanism or function. We restore, for example, damaged folding armrests or adjustable backrests.
Separate by type and dispose of
If a piece is no longer in a state that allows for a second life, it is dismantled and separated by material type. Maximum material separation ensures every component is handed over to the appropriate recycling specialist.
